Read More Do not use this company. They don't know where your stuff is and can't even deliver your pod. Terrible customer service and they can't actually help with anything on the weekend. Any other company is a better choice than working with these guys. So much time and money gone.

Read More I had a complicated move: four large containers in multiple locations, some containers going to storage, others to our temporary home. We needed help loading our boxes. The container drop-off and pickup occurred exactly when they said they would with professional, proactive communication. The packing labor was on-time and get the job done faster than I thought. I had an extra container I didn't need and was given a rebate. Moving can be stressful: hire Pack-Rat to lessen the load. We're very happy.

Read More Container not picked up for 2 days despite 4 phone calls a 4 deceptions by customer service reps that promised it would be picked up. No phone calls explaining service failures, no satisfaction, just lies. Extremely sorry I choice Pack Rat over PODS. Will never use again or recommend to anyone!

Read More From the very beginning from speaking with Mrs. Carol Morehead and her help getting me situated for my move from Texas to Virginia has been a Godsend. This was easy and although we did have one hiccup I have nothing bad to say at all. I've got some personal family issues hindering some things pertaining to my move but 1800PackRat has been more than helpful and I'd use them again and refer to anyone. I am grateful for the savings also.

The only issue I had is that I was using my corporate card (direct bill) and had to contact them each month for a copy of the receipt. There should be a way that a copy of the receipt is automatically emailed when the credit card is charged...many other companies do that.

We had an issue with the first pod that was delivered and both Anthony and Nelson went above and beyond to correct the problem. Highly recommend 1 800 pack rat and would definitely use again if needed.

Read More "I do not recommend this company! I will never use them again. They were very late dropping off the pod. They gave me a time window of 9:45am to 1:45pm. After repeated calls, the pod arrived at 10pm. But the worst part of this experience is that when I set up the dates well in advance, they promised me they would pick up the pod on Oct 19. This was imperative, because I was closing on the sale of my house in PA on Oct 20 and travel south to FL. They were not able to pick up the pod on the Oct 19, but assured me the pod would be picked up by the early morning of Oct 20. They lied! And no calls to me with explanation. So I called them again! According to them, they have only one truck and it is in the repair shop. This company is very unreliable, and they do not keep to their commitments and lie to their customers instead of resolving their contractual obligations! Dont use this company!"
