Placed my order on 27 june for a july 3rd delivery, july 3rd rolls around and i check the website to see when theyre coming to find that my date changed to a delivery dat ... Read More Placed my order on 27 june for a july 3rd delivery, july 3rd rolls around and i check the website to see when theyre coming to find that my date changed to a delivery date of the 9th of july and a pickup date on the same day, thought it was a computer glitch till i called, im active duty army and dont have many leave days to play with and planned my move around this day, then spent the next 3 hours on the phone(most of it on hold) to find out that theres nothing anyone can do and kept getting thrown to new departments all to get told they dont control anything and that no one really cared. Got told they'd call the distribution center to see when the earliest they could get it to me by, waited another 2 hours and called back and they said theyd still had no response( ofc not its the 3rd of july) and i told them i wanted to cancel and go to pods, waited 40mins on hold and expected the dude to try to offer something to get me to stay but it seems thats the only dude who works and he said he doesnt control when containers are moved and canceled my order in 30 seconds and hung up, would not recommend seeing how they have no care for the fact that some people plan their lives around move dates, i would give 0 stars but it wont let me If you would like to look into my situation my order number was 3017305

Read More I had a great experience with this company. Phillip, the manager in charge of my move, was communicative and helpful. It’s a challenge to find enough space to get a 16 foot container dropped off in the middle of a city, but Phillip and the driver worked with me to make it work. Zero complaints. I’ll definitely use them again.
