Ways to stop contact
- Reply STOP to any text message.
- Tell the caller you don’t want to be contacted again.
- Email [email protected] with your phone number.
What happens next
When you contact us, we record your request and pass it to the moving companies that received your details promptly, and in any case within one business day. Each company must honor your request immediately, and in any case within ten business days of the date you first asked.
Each moving company is also responsible for its own compliance with telemarketing laws. If a company keeps calling after you asked it to stop, report it.
