Good Movers
A sudden timing change at the building required immediate schedule adjustment. Charles coordinated the new window efficiently. Zenith Moving Group adapted quickly without losing momentum. Work continued smoothly despite the change. The outcome remained reliable and organized.

Highly Impressed
Several unexpected details came up during our move, but the crew remained calm. They adjusted their approach and continued working without allowing small changes to disrupt the entire schedule. Their flexibility was matched by strong teamwork. We never felt ignored or left wondering what would happen next. The experience felt dependable and well managed.

I would not recommend Zenith Moving Group to anyone looking for a stress-free, reliable move. You deserve better than this.
I used New Zenith Moving Group for a long-distance move to Nashville, TN, and unfortunately, I had a terrible experience from start to finish. I provided them with a startup inventory of the items I needed to move and was instructed to reserve my building’s freight elevator for 7 AM — they didn’t arrive until 9 AM. From the moment they showed up, the move felt rushed and disorganized. The person supposedly in charge clearly wasn’t managing the team effectively, and I even witnessed one of the movers kicking my $2,000 sofa in an attempt to separate the pieces — completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I also had an IKEA bed, which I’ve moved before without issue. This time, they made me sign a waiver saying they’d disassemble it but wouldn’t be liable if anything went wrong. Not only did they completely destroy the bed, but they also lost the screws necessary to reassemble it. When I contacted customer service, I was told they had “offered me three options” — but I was only ever presented with one, so that felt dishonest and dismissive. To make matters worse, the lead mover was clearly annoyed and short-tempered the entire time. He got into a heated argument with my building’s concierge and kept trying to drag me into it by asking me to agree that the concierge was rude. It was wildly unprofessional and put me in a very uncomfortable position as a tenant still living there. Once in Nashville, I realized my TV was missing. When I called customer service, their first response was to blame me — saying I should have updated my inventory (even though they use a sticker system that clearly isn’t foolproof). Eventually, they claimed the TV has been shipped to me, but it’s now been almost a month no update and no delivery. I texted them July 11 with no response. I called again July 14 and finally received a refund for the bed screws — almost a month after the move — but only because I called them about my TV. I was told I’d get an update soon regarding my TV, and unsurprisingly, no one has followed up. UPDATE: I got a call July 24 from the company asking if the driver had called me, so I told them no. So they told me that I would get a call in regards of my TV getting delivered. I let them know I had a work trip coming up, and they told me it should be delivered before then. Few days went by the driver called me and he told me he was going to get there July 27 and that I had to be waiting for him between 2-7pm and that since he was driving an 18 wheeler and my building wasn't accessible I would have drive somewhere and meet him to get the TV (which honestly after having to wait 6 weeks not acceptable, but also I wasn't going to be in town since I was leaving for my trip). After I told the driver that he called the company and said he was going to park and walk over to my building and deliver the TV and leave it with the concierge. Fast track I just got back from my trip and my TV is a complete LOST and DAMAGE, and now I have to file a claim with them. Honestly again this has been a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Bottom line: poor communication, careless handling of furniture, unprofessional behavior, and a complete lack of accountability. I would not recommend Zenith Moving Group to anyone looking for a stress-free, reliable move. You deserve better than this.

BAIT AND SWITCH
Rhett at Zenith quoted me at $6060. Tom called 4 days before the move to do a completely new quote and more than doubled the price, telling me that my 27 gallon boxes that I was using were 10 cubic ft, and i was quoted on my initial quote for 5 cf boxes. I had to tell Tom that 27 gallon boxes are 5 cf and he was incorrect and trying to double my cf size, so then he dropped the cost down to $8800. I did add an estimated 427 cf from my initial quote, which would have been an additional $1700 at their $4 per cf price, and Alissa told me that the extra $1100 was for the phone call that 4 days before the move as they "don't work for free, and i could Google it, as that is the industry standard." I fired them and found Upack 4 days before the move. It was a bait and switch with Rhett and Tom from Zenith. Then they offered a 20% refund if i signed and NDA saying I wouldn't post online, give a review on them, or say anything to anyone about this.

Terrible moving experience.
Save yourselves the $10K+ and Buy New Furtniture When You Move! Do you enjoy sending emails that disappear into the void? Do you like leaving voicemails, texts, and follow-up messages that never get returned? Do you appreciate having your boxes look like they survived a demolition derby? Are you okay watching your belongings get tossed around during delivery? Do you love vague pickup and delivery windows with little to no communication, leaving you scrambling to figure out if your dates are even correct? Do you enjoy making a shopping list of broken, scratched, and dented items you'll now have to replace? Are you someone who doesn't care where your furniture is, when it'll arrive, or whether it's being held hostage in a warehouse somewhere? If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, then I highly recommend Zenith Moving Group. They'll make sure you spend the entire moving process wondering where your belongings are, whether anyone plans to call you back, and if you're somehow the inconvenience for asking for basic updates. Every interaction leaves you with less confidence than the one before it. If your moving philosophy is "hope for the best and prepare for the worst," Zenith Moving Group is the company for you. Best of luck--you'll need it.
