The movers were considerate with our furniture and household items, working quickly but never rushing. They checked in ahead of time, let us know when they were on their way, and responded to our questions promptly. Everything felt professional, friendly, and well-organized—highly recommend!

They wrapped each piece of furniture with a moving blanket and taped around the blankets to ensure no damage to the furniture. They even moved my mid-sized piano easily and without damage. I hope to not move again, but if I need to, I will certainly call X Van Lines LLC!

Head of the moving team, Yad, was efficient and kept his good humour even when the two packing helpers didn’t show up,the next day. He had only one helper and he was extremely organized. They managed to load our entire house in a day. Our belongings arrived safely after 12 days in storage with no damage. We appreciated the experience that Yan has and would recommend him as the lead for clients contemplating a move.

Lastly, Erin the organizer of the move, was terrific with her approach to scheduling the move. She helped us get the best price while being open-minded competing with other businesses quotes we gathered!

Once I received notice my items were in Florida, Hugo Reyes and Orlando moved my items into my new place seamlessly. They were fast, careful and very friendly.
