Our move went smoothly, with all agreements being observed. I would like to note the wonderful team of movers who packed and loaded our furniture and boxes very carefully and quickly. Special thanks to Milos, he is a wonderful driver and mover, very polite and hardworking. First, the guys arrived early & were so professional. They were quick and made sure all of my furniture was wrapped and properly packed. They called ahead of time, made sure everything was set in the correct room and offered help with anything needed before Leaving. I highly recommend using this service, you won’t be disappointed. They easily scheduled me for a next day move due to unforeseen circumstances . Thanks ! You guys rock !
Adrian Marco and Javier were on time and communicated well with us.. they took time in protecting our furniture and transported it with care! They were conscientious of time, but did not hurry to complete the job haphazardly! Relocating to a larger apartment in the same city was an exciting but overwhelming task. The moving crew showed up right on time and immediately started packing up the home. They took extra care with fragile items and were very respectful of both the old and new properties. They worked quickly but never rushed, and I appreciated the attention to detail. Everything arrived safely, and they even helped me organize some of the boxes inside the new apartment.
I hired X Van Lines LLC to move the larger & heavier items I could not manage myself. I had the pleasure of getting Ryan & Greg for the move, they were incredibly efficient! The guys were also super nice and helpful, helping me remove a few doors, re-install the doors, add items I forgot about, & place things where I wanted them. This experience made it worth every penny!
It’s rare to find a moving company that actually CARES about your belongings! These movers treated my furniture like their own, ensuring everything was protected and arrived safely! They even took time to check with me before placing each piece in my new home! Unbelievable attention to detail!
Could not be happier with out move! The guys were awesome and so efficient. They were pretty much done loading the truck at only an hour in. We had a heavy upright that they took like a champ. Couldn't have asked for a better experience using these friendly movers. Hoping to not move again any time soon, but if I do I know who I'm calling.
Charged my parents most 12,000 to do a full pack and move from Florida to Tennessee. My mom told them all the stuff they had and he said they were sending a 26fr truck. My mom said they will not be enough i have moved several times. The guy argued with her saying he was the professional and she was not. She tried several times before the day to talk to them and the sales guy to confirm everything and the sales guy supposedly don’t work there any more. Then day of move they don’t arrive until after 12 with 2 men to full pack and move a 4 bedroom house. 26ft truck and they pack horribly broke the washer by shearing off the hose. Broke off the thermostat off the wall and several other items. They did not get everything on the truck or packed at the house. They demand cash or Zelle of 3800 upon arrival in TN they refused to drive up the driveway unless cash in hand. I had to get the cash for them because they don’t bank here yet nor do they do Zelle. Brought 2 more guys to unload and paid them $60 each to do it they hired them off the street in Huntsville al. Now that they have their money customer service is not talking to them anymore. It’s time for a lawyer. I have now read so many complaints here, google, Reddit of the same song and dance. Every single detail! My parents had to rent another 26 ft truck head back down to Florida and pack the rest, load it and drive it back here paying more money now. Contract they give you is a joke!
