Worst Movers Ever

Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.

Truly a CLASS ACT

X Van Lines LLC is outstanding! I booked a senior move for my mom who was downsizing from a house to a senior's apartment which was a stressful time for her. From start to finish, Mom and I were both so impressed with the service. Starting with Graham providing us with an estimate and walking us through the process of what to expect, to the confirmation of details the day before, down to the day of the move - the entire process went smoothly and couldn't have been any better. Many, many thanks to Nolan and his crew. They were professional, friendly, patient and oh-so-helpful with my Mom. They were incredibly efficient and moved not only my my Mom's items but items from her house to my place including a jukebox and grandfather clock - no small feat! SO PROFESSIONAL

Scheduling was easy and communication leading up to the move was consistent. Walkthroughs were done without delays. SO PROFESSIONAL it honestly surprised me. I will definately be calling them!

They show up on time, every time. They are really nice, incredibly helpful guys. I highly recommend using them if you are in need of any kind moving help. Their pricing is very reasonable. They charge hourly, and I have never experienced any dillydallying on their part. With any luck, I won't be moving again any time soon, but if I do, I will definately be calling them!

Outstanding Team

After spending years in the same home, downsizing to a more modern flat required careful planning. The movers were incredibly organized and took extra care with sentimental items. Not a single item was damaged, and they even helped with disassembling and reassembling furniture. The service was timely and hassle-free, allowing for a smooth transition into the new space. The team stayed focused and efficient, tackling every part of the move with a positive attitude. Unpacking felt just as easy as loading the truck. Truly exceptional service from start to finish.

The communication from beginning to end was amazing

The communication from beginning to end was amazing with the staff members over the phone, helping me answer all my questions , to the driver’s and movers calling and checking in. The gentleman that helped me this time around were respectful and treated my belongings like their belongings. They were friendly, professional, and help me problem solve on best ways to pack my storage I was moving into. I would highly recommend X Van Lines LLC

They arrived on time, surveyed the home, and organized the truck to optimize the space. He helped where he could and was super friendly. While my move was bigger than the truck could fit, they took the heaviest items so I could go back and move the left over items myself. I highly recommend using this company.

The movers were awesome! In spite of the very cold whether they were still very efficient, communicative, and courteous. Customer Service was excellent as well. I was having a bit of stress getting my new home ready and preparing to move. My brother recommended Great Movers as they did an excellent job with his move a while back. He told me that the least stressful part will be the actual moving with the movers and he was so right. I highly recommend using this company.
