I underestimated how much I had, but the crew didn’t blink. They quickly assessed the load and adjusted the plan. Everything fit in one truck, surprisingly. They were calm and collected the whole time. That made me feel calm, too. I’ve never seen a team work so well together. Truly a great moving day!
The kids were staying with their grandma while we were trying to calm down a very borky Great Pyrenees diva and a very stressed Mr. Cat. To top it off, on the day of the move the valve broke when I went to disconnect our washer. Then when I went to replace the valve, thd copper pipe broke. 5 trips to Lowes and a call to an emergency plumber later, these guys had finished disassembling and packing up our entire house without water to use the bathroom in the time it took for me to admit defeat. Then when the plumber showed up to the house while we were unpacking the truck into the storage unit, they were very understanding and let me run home to approve the work since their (the plumber's) estimate wouldn't seem to load in the app. By the time I got back, they had Tetris'd my entire home into a 10 x 30 storage unit. They took a very stressful move (and even more stressful day), and made it feel like a success story. I WILL be using X Van Lines LLC when we decide to move our household goods out of storage.
crew are absolutely swift and professionals at what they do. It’s the first time ever using movers and i would definitely use and recommend them to my family and friends. we are extremely satisfied. It was a bit wet outside and this small detail to keep the carpet clean just was the cherry on top of their exceptional job. Juan & his crew are the real deal!
Casey & Mason from X Van Lines LLC were AMAZING in getting my aunt moved out of her 2/2 apartment that she lived in for over 10 years. She has moved a lot in her life (military family) and couldn’t say enough good things about them. They were professional, careful, and had incredible spatial awareness when it came to loading and unloading. Very impressed with X Van Lines LLC for their efficiency and care in my recent move from Sunnyvale to San Francisco! They are very fast, come equipped with all sorts of package covers, wrapping tape, etc. They are very precise with time too, felt like they always had my best interests in mind. The movers are very polite, they put down some walkway at the new apartment to keep things clean and would remove shoes when stepping on rugs and such. Overall was extremely satisfied with my service! Worth the money.
I expected good service, but this was next-level. Every mover had a role and executed it seamlessly. They moved with rhythm, like they’ve been doing this together for years. You can tell when people care—and they clearly do.
We had a great experience with our five man crew today! Jordan, Daniel, Logan, Domenick and Jonathan were respectful with our items, but kept up a quick pace even finishing earlier than the estimate. Thanks for a stress free move!
X Van Lines truly raised the bar. I didn’t have to worry about a thing—they kept it organized, secure, and incredibly efficient.
They’re also extremely responsive with respect to providing COI’s and updating inventory even up until the night before. My move was done in 1 day, and the quote I received from intense movers was SUBSTANTIALLY less than other movers. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and this is definitely the way to go for any NYC move!
