They showed up on time didn’t stop until the job was 100% complete. The guys were top of the line employees I was able to trust them 100%. They disassembled everything and reassembled everything back exactly how where before. They put everything in place and made sure nothing was done wrong. Brandon is definitely an amazing crew leader and he parked the big truck between my boat and tree like a pro!! Kadin and Christian hustled and were on top of everything Brandon needed. I’m VERYYYY OCD and A controlling freak and the crew made me so comfortable and that’s usually impossible to do. The guys are definitely top of the line employees and deserve top pay!!
incredible trio at X Van Lines LLC. We had tricky walkways and entrances and they made it seem like a breeze. They even finished earlier than estimated! Extremely professional and efficient. The move required transporting a lot of valuable electronics, including a home theater setup and multiple monitors. The movers took great care in packing these sensitive items, using specialized padding and labeling fragile boxes clearly. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
The team was polite, efficient, and professional. They also took great care with all my items. The whole processes from getting a quote to signing off on my move was smooth, without any surprises. I appreciated the upfront pricing with no additional fees, plus they send three movers instead of two like most other companies I highly recommend using them for your next move!
They were respectful of all the items, even helping prep or fill boxes once the bigger items were done and always smiling and happily keeping a positive attitude with us despite the nearly 100 degree afternoon heat. I couldn’t have asked for better service or movers and I’m so grateful for their willingness to step up & help us out on their day off! Very much appreciated for everyone who helped us make our last minute move possible. By the way - very fair pricing too which is just icing on the cake in a pinch!!
We have had an EXCELLENT experience with X Van Lines LLC. We are not yet moved in because our stuff will be in storage for a couple of months, so we can’t comment on delivery and unloading yet, but as stressful as preparing for a move is, everyone at White Star has made it as easy as possible, from getting a quote and getting honest,
They had a team of 5 movers working on my 2-bedroom apartment, and the entire process felt incredibly organized from start to finish. They disassembled all of my furniture, carefully packed my fragile items, and moved everything seamlessly into my new place.
The morning started hectic, but X Van Lines instantly brought calm to the situation. They packed the last few items I hadn’t gotten to, wrapped every chair and table, and kept checking in to make sure I was happy. It felt less like hiring strangers and more like having friends help me out.
