Moving nightmare

What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.

Moved my mom from Selah to Springdale. Was very professional, respectful and patient. Took care of treating valuables with extra care. All her items that were very important were handled with extra care. All items made it to the destination in perfect condition and in timely manner. Joao, Cesar, and Gabriel did so well helping move ALL of my stuff from my place in Rockville to Columbia. They were so quick, and polite! They had great energy the whole time even though it was a long process. Reliability goes a long way and I will definitely be calling them again in the future. They even set up my furniture and helped me figure out what pieces looked good/ made the most sense in the space and where. Please use them as your moving services!!

WONDERFUL experience,

WONDERFUL experience, TWICE I have used them for my moves and they did a perfect job. All the way from Long Beach to La Jolla, friendly and efficient, courteous and very careful with my belongings. I was amazed by how they were able to get my furniture up & down countless stairways and narrow passages - WOW! Thumbs up from me, these guys are the best and I would highly recommend them! I wish I could give them more stars, it was a great experience both times!
