I underestimated how much I had, but the crew didn’t blink. They quickly assessed the load and adjusted the plan. Everything fit in one truck, surprisingly. They were calm and collected the whole time. That made me feel calm, too. I’ve never seen a team work so well together. Truly a great moving day!
Let me tell you—this crew meant BUSINESS. They had a rhythm that never broke. Sofa, chairs, shelves—everything wrapped with care. They even helped adjust furniture placement. Very accommodating and respectful. The quality and pace were unreal. BRAVO!
Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, extremely hard working, didn't balk about moving arcade style pinball machine, regulation air hockey table, oversized massage chair, or big stereo. Everyone knew exactly what to do when. It was like watching an orchestra. Would use them again!! 7 guys, 2 trucks, 1 exhausting day. Thanks, guys!
The kids were staying with their grandma while we were trying to calm down a very borky Great Pyrenees diva and a very stressed Mr. Cat. To top it off, on the day of the move the valve broke when I went to disconnect our washer. Then when I went to replace the valve, thd copper pipe broke. 5 trips to Lowes and a call to an emergency plumber later, these guys had finished disassembling and packing up our entire house without water to use the bathroom in the time it took for me to admit defeat. Then when the plumber showed up to the house while we were unpacking the truck into the storage unit, they were very understanding and let me run home to approve the work since their (the plumber's) estimate wouldn't seem to load in the app. By the time I got back, they had Tetris'd my entire home into a 10 x 30 storage unit. They took a very stressful move (and even more stressful day), and made it feel like a success story. I WILL be using X Van Lines LLC when we decide to move our household goods out of storage.
They arrived on time, surveyed the home, and organized the truck to optimize the space. He helped where he could and was super friendly. While my move was bigger than the truck could fit, they took the heaviest items so I could go back and move the left over items myself. Moving into a multi-level home, the movers had to carry items up a steep spiral staircase. They navigated the tight turns without any issues and ensured all large items were safely moved to the upper floors. Impressive coordination and care.

They were careful with all our stuff. They packed everything meticulously for us. And then they were great about putting everything exactly where we wanted. I have moved many many times throughout my life and X Van Lines LLC was the absolute best experience I've ever had.
I’ve worked with movers before, but never like this. They handled my fragile antiques and large furniture with precision. They moved quickly without rushing anything. The truck was packed so efficiently, not even a rattle on the road. No issues with timing or setup. This company knows what they’re doing.
