The customer service, professionalism, care of your possessions & home, communication, above & beyond, and good humor & care on moving day - all are exceptional. Both times, an A+ experience, and pricing is more than fair. My move had lots of moving parts & locations (local and out of town) - X Van Lines LLC were more than accommodating & everything was done to plan. . I cannot say enough about them, their crew, & the topnotch job they do.
They handled all our belongings with great care and even packed most of the items themselves. We were a little worried before the move, but they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Both were super friendly, hardworking, and professional throughout.
On moving day, Paul and his team were efficient, kind, and extremely careful. They disassembled items, packed what we hadn’t finished, and wrapped everything with great care. Two team members drove the trucks to South Carolina and unloaded everything the very next day. The pricing was very fair, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free.
We moved from a place where there was road construction nearby that made it difficult to access. In order to get our belongings out securely, the movers worked with the construction team to set up a temporary access route. When we thought the transfer would be difficult, their willingness to adjust to the circumstances and find solutions made it possible.
Discovered these guys through their very savvy social media marketing and great tongue in cheek branding. Happy to report their service matched their marketing. Efficient, pleasant and made an expected stressful day of moving a little less so. Tony their lead was accommodating and took care to get the team to work as efficiently as possible.
team were phenomenal! They were communicative, early, safe and fast! We so appreciated their help in our first move into a house! 10/10 would recommend them again. They even went above and beyond in helping us remove some things we no longer wanted.
