This move was my first with a professional crew, and WOW—I’ll never go back. The guys were courteous, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. They asked me where I wanted everything and didn’t leave until I was happy. That level of care is unmatched. Truly five-star service.
The quote was very reasonable. Andrew the GM communicated before the move to ensure we were all on the same page and made me feel at ease. Jamon and Darian were absolutely outstanding and took great care but worked very hard to get things packed and moved! They were personable, professional, and very helpful! Our experience moving was so easy and lovely thanks to Happy Home Moving. We used this company in the past and had a fantastic experience. This time was somehow even better (despite all the stairs and corners our movers had to work with). We would definitely recommend using their services!!! If we could give more than 5 stars we would!
Had an interstate move, and the crew took all the stress out of the process. The movers were knowledgeable and experienced, handling everything with care.
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.
They were awesome. Organized well, and worked well, communication was also good. We were very happy that we use them this time. Our clients will be happy to receive great quorate of service as well. I can recommend them all the way! They also do the out of states as well so great to know!
X Van Lines LLC did a great job moving our antique bar in anticipation of an upcoming flooring installation! The crew was knowledgeable, professional and extremely careful with this century old antique from Paris. They sized it up, listened to the disassembly information I had, and carefully removed and wrapped each piece for short term storage! I look forward to their return to re-assemble the piece on our new floor. X Van Lines LLC returned today to re-assemble our antique bar. As with the disassembly they were meticulous in assembling this fragile piece. I would highly recommend them for your next move!
I expected delays, maybe even a missing box. None of that happened. They moved steadily, loaded neatly, and even checked my checklist before leaving. It gave me closure. That sense of completeness is rare with moving companies. But not this time.
The crew arrived right on schedule, which was a huge relief. They worked together like a well-oiled machine. Fragile items were carefully wrapped and stacked. Even heavy furniture was moved without a scratch. They made the whole process look effortless. I walked into my new home stress-free thanks to them.
I cancelled on the third day after putting down a deposit. They never returned the deposit. They contractually said they would.
