Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

They showed up right on time, very professional. They Explain the process to me were very informative as the day went on, they set up everything at the new place perfectly and they were both very pleasant to work with I would definitely recommend X Van Lines LLC

It was a great experience working with X Van Lines LLC. The firm is very professional, provides detailed estimate prior to the move and kept me updated in the process. No hidden cost. The three movers led by Oleg arrived on time, very propositional and paid attention to details. They carefully wrapped everything, didn’t damage anything (including the moved items and anything in my from and to houses). I’m very grateful for their great job and will definitely refer the firm to my family and friends.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.

Fantastic crew
My experience with this crew was fantastic. They didn’t just show up and toss things around—they had a system. Boxes were stacked carefully, and fragile items were separated. Every request I had was met with a smile. Moving can be tough, but they made it feel light. I’d recommend them to anyone.

They handled everything with care.
They handled everything with care. Made sure to properly understand the space, and help manage bulky items, and store and move them in a professional manner. They had a great attitude, were very efficient, time conscious, and professional demeanor. I was happy with the price offered, and was put at ease with no additional surprise costs at the end. I would definitely recommend this service, and would recommend Jordan and Victor to be your movers.

The crew of 3 I had today were phenomenal
The crew of 3 I had today were phenomenal! I thought it would take much longer than it did. I had to keep pushing the date back and added on trash removal last minute when they arrived. I moved basically 10 years of my life on my own and I couldn’t have been more relieved when the team came to my rescue and took such good care of my things. Thank you so much X Van Lines LLC Team!!

Moving to a new city was stressful, but these movers made it so much easier! They loaded everything efficiently, secured my belongings properly, and delivered on time! No missing boxes, no damaged furniture—just perfect service from start to finish! I’m beyond grateful for their professionalism!

I would recommend X Van Lines LLC to anyone!
They scheduled my delivery time for the next day and they were off. This delivery was from NJ to GA. They showed up the next day with a two man team and unpacked my items quickly and efficiently. I would recommend X Van Lines LLC to anyone! Faruq and Izzy were great!

I called X Van Lines LLC because another company was a last minute no show. X Van Lines LLC helped me at the last hour, so they get 5 stars for that alone. They arrived earlier than they said they would be there, and they were ready to work. The movers made the move effortless although I didn’t see how they were going to get everything done. There were complexities in how things had to be packed, but in exactly three hours, the truck was packed, the storage bins emptied, and we were headed back home. They were phenomenal because they understood that moving under the best circumstance can be stressful. To us, they were professional, calm, reassuring, and most important- RELIABLE !!! I will definitely contact these men again in the future for my moving needs. I highly recommend you call them too.
