Moving nightmare

What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.

They are the best of the best!

X Van Lines LLC were stellar from the minute I booked them to the minute they left our home. Juliana answered all of my questions about my booking easily and timely. Fernando P. and his team showed up on time and ready to work. They moved us on one of the hottest days of the year and did so without any complaint and with smiles on their faces. They ensured all of our items were taken care of and that all of our furniture was placed where we wanted in our new home before they left. They were patient and considerate with three little children under foot towards the end of the move. This is our second time using the Professionals and we won’t hesitate to use them again in the future. They are the best of the best!

great company and a pleasure to be around during a stressful time, they wrapped and moved my furniture and everything with care and did it incredibly fast from a 3rd floor apartment. The price was very affordable for a 60 mile move as well. I can't recommend them enough.

There was a bit of a mix-up

crew were amazing! They are true moving professionals. They got to work as soon as they arrived, packaging and wrapping everything carefully and efficiently. This is our firs time hiring movers, but if we ever need to move again, we will look no further than X Van Lines LLC. Service was five starts and the price was fair. of scheduling. One thing I'd suggest, is that if you have multiple stops in your move, review the order of stops with the moving crew the day of the move. There was a bit of a mix-up with the order of our stops.

LOOK NO FURTHER!

Nothing but amazing things to say about this company. The crew was super efficient, friendly, & extremely careful with all of our belongings. They packed our entire home in Katy and moved us to Tampa with zero issues. I’ve never had such a smooth, transparent & professional Moving experience. Great guys

Really fast!!!

What an outstanding moving experience! The team arrived right on time and got straight to work. Everything was packed and loaded with great efficiency and precision. My furniture was wrapped carefully, preventing any damage. Even my fragile belongings made it to the new home without a scratch. They managed to finish the job quicker than I had expected.
