Communication was steady the whole day. Every item was in perfect shape upon arrival. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly. A TRUE five-star experience!
X Van Lines LLC was fantastic from start to finish. They were completely up front with their charges and gave me a maximum out of pocket, which they didn't reach. They were careful with all our stuff. They packed everything meticulously for us. And then they were great about putting everything exactly where we wanted. I have moved many many times throughout my life and X Van Lines LLC was the absolute best experience I've ever had.
I was THRILLED with how the move turned out. The movers treated everything like it was fragile, even my gym weights! They never stopped moving and had great communication. Honestly, the whole day felt like MAGIC.
They are the best of the best which is why we give them a 10+ rating! Very polite, curtious and dedicated to ensuring our items we're handled with care & precision! IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
Packing and moving a complete nursery, including cribs and toys, was done with exceptional care. Each item was handled thoughtfully, ensuring no damage occurred. Everything was set up just as before. Great for families needing a smooth transition.
They were on time, were very nice, and treated my stuff as carefully as if it were their own. Would definitely recommend X Van Lines LLC, and especially this crew to anyone looking to move!
I can’t say enough how great our experience with X Van Lines LLC was! They moved us carefully and efficiently, and they maintained great attitudes when we unexpectedly needed a locksmith to access our new home. They also had a great suggestion when our furniture didn’t fit as expected, and they patiently helped us find the perfect layout. We will definitely use them again next time!
