This experience made it worth every penny!
I hired X Van Lines LLC to move the larger & heavier items I could not manage myself. I had the pleasure of getting Ryan & Greg for the move, they were incredibly efficient! The guys were also super nice and helpful, helping me remove a few doors, re-install the doors, add items I forgot about, & place things where I wanted them. This experience made it worth every penny!

We had an amazing experience
We had an amazing experience with Roy, Robert, Oscar, and Devon! They moved us from our 2 bedroom house to a storage locker and small apartment. Super speedy and so kind! Made our move extra easy! Will definitely be using X Van Lines LLC again!

Outstanding moving service! The team arrived on time and worked quickly without sacrificing care. They packed everything securely. My fragile items were handled perfectly. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be. The whole process was hassle-free. Five stars from me!

Best guys
The crew arrived right on schedule, which was a huge relief. They worked together like a well-oiled machine. Fragile items were carefully wrapped and stacked. Even heavy furniture was moved without a scratch. They made the whole process look effortless. I walked into my new home stress-free thanks to them.

Movers packed up our entire kitchen faster than I pack a suitcase. Glass, dishes, spices, everything was wrapped and labeled better than I ever could’ve done. Unpacking was actually easy. That kind of efficiency is worth every dollar.

Gary, Aidan and Matt did an excellent job moving my belongings from a second floor storage unit. Gary led the team and had a strategic plan to get the job done efficiently, while making sure everything was moved safely. These guys hustled, running back and forth from unit to elevator. All were very polite and respectful. This is the second time I have used this company and will recommend to family and friends.

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

Moving to a new city was stressful, but these movers made it so much easier! They loaded everything efficiently, secured my belongings properly, and delivered on time! No missing boxes, no damaged furniture—just perfect service from start to finish! I’m beyond grateful for their professionalism!
