Tony and his team over at X Van Lines LLC were amazing!! Not only did they bail us out last minute on a Friday afternoon after our movers cancelled right when they were supposed to show up, they provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend using their moving services. You will not be disappointed!

Great rhythm
I hired X Van Lines after reading all the positive buzz online, and they lived up to the hype. The crew had a great rhythm, almost like they’d worked together for years. They made a tough job look effortless. My bookshelves, TV stand, and even my delicate glass desk arrived without a scratch. Moving doesn’t have to be stressful—these guys proved it. 📦🚛

Such a smooth ride from start to finish
When I walked into my new place, everything was exactly where I wanted it. The labeling system made unpacking easier than I ever imagined. The crew double-checked room placements and handled every piece gently. No item was too big or small to matter. They made sure all the delicate stuff was secured properly. It was such a smooth ride from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better moving day.

X Van Lines brought an unmatched level of energy and focus to the job. From the first box to the last piece of furniture, they stayed on top of everything. I never thought moving could actually be enjoyable, but this team proved me wrong! From the moment they arrived, they worked with great energy and enthusiasm. Every box was labeled and placed exactly where it needed to be. They wrapped all my furniture securely, preventing any damage. The entire process felt well-organized and stress-free. I barely had to lift a finger, and everything was done perfectly. A truly top-tier moving experience!

The two guys came on time, spent a couple hours carefully packing numerous pieces of a delicate antique Italian marble communion railing, and left for Orlando within an hour or two. They were very courteous, polite, discrete and attentive. I have used your company for many years, and am so happy I chose you to handle this delicate move for us. Thnx.

They were fantastic.
They were fantastic. They got everything loaded up that I had asked for initially plus some, and everything unloaded and my desks that had to be taken apart put back together in ~4 hours. It was so worth not dealing with the hassle of finding a truck and then lifting all of the heavy stuff ourselves. Plus they were so careful with the expensive pieces and everything made it though the move without being damaged.

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.
