The loading process was so smooth I barely noticed it. Items were lifted carefully, stacked smartly, and tied down securely. Everyone had their role and did it well. There was no confusion or overlap. The team stayed professional from start to end. I appreciated the efficiency. A move well done.
They were very attentive to our belongings, very respectful, and it was obvious that they love working together! I truly don’t have a negative thing to say! They were on time, wrapped anything that needed to be protected, and took so many trips up and down stairs to get everything where it needed to be. They helped us reassemble our bed with no hesitation, and even helped us place heavy curb ramps on the driveway.
Antique rugs that have been passed down for generations required delicate handling, and the movers did a fantastic job. They rolled and packed each rug with the utmost care, ensuring no fraying or damage. Unrolling them in the new house felt like magic!
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
We have had an EXCELLENT experience with X Van Lines LLC. We are not yet moved in because our stuff will be in storage for a couple of months, so we can’t comment on delivery and unloading yet, but as stressful as preparing for a move is, everyone at White Star has made it as easy as possible, from getting a quote and getting honest,

Let me tell you—this crew meant BUSINESS. They had a rhythm that never broke. Sofa, chairs, shelves—everything wrapped with care. They even helped adjust furniture placement. Very accommodating and respectful. The quality and pace were unreal. BRAVO!
