Upbeat and professional
The crew was ON POINT the entire day! They came prepared with dollies, blankets, and straps, which made the process look effortless. My heaviest dresser got carried down three flights of stairs like it was nothing. Movers stayed upbeat and professional, even when dealing with my tricky staircase. Everything was placed neatly at the new spot, ready for me to unpack without stress. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and handled all of our belongings with great care. They worked efficiently while still being careful, and throughout the entire move they were friendly, polite, and easy to work with. X Van Lines saved me last minute when the company I booked just didn't respond. They came at a day notice and had even offered storage until I find a new place. I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC for their kindness, professionalism, and customer service. I was so impressed by their sincerity in every single personal interaction - from phone calls, to texts, to in-person estimates, to moving days. They are highly responsive, positive, and helpful. Gordon and Cathy made me feel at ease and had my full trust with moving our belongings to storage for 2+ months and then moving them to our new home. Moving is stressful but each step of the way they made me feel calm and taken care of. The moving crews were friendly and efficient. They worked hard while also connecting with us as their clients. They were sweet to my young children and thorough in the details of their work.

Well-organized and stress-free!!!
I never thought moving could actually be enjoyable, but this team proved me wrong! From the moment they arrived, they worked with great energy and enthusiasm. Every box was labeled and placed exactly where it needed to be. They wrapped all my furniture securely, preventing any damage. The entire process felt well-organized and stress-free. I barely had to lift a finger, and everything was done perfectly. A truly top-tier moving experience!

They were professional, efficient, and friendly
They were professional, efficient, and friendly, even after working non-stop for 7 hours. These guys are extremely hard workers. They went above and beyond by getting creative when we realized my bed frame wouldn't fit through the stairs case. They moved a ton of furniture from a 4 bedroom house and everything arrived in one piece. I would highly recommend, and will hire them again!

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

Dependable movers
This team really impressed me with their attitude. They didn’t just move boxes—they made sure everything was where I wanted it. They respected my time and my belongings, which means a lot. I felt completely at ease during the move. It’s rare to find service this dependable.

We would recommend them to anyone.
They contacted us prior to the move. They contacted us giving us an estimated time of arrival. They packed the home in one day. Even though they did it quickly, they wrapped everything very well. And packaged it tightly for a long move for a long move. Our daughter used with X Van Lines LLC and because she had a great experience, we hired them as well. We had the same great experience as she. We would recommend them to anyone.
