It's not easy to find movers who can react quickly and professionally to your needs, but I had a great experience with this crew. They were able to schedule my move in a short timeframe, they showed up on time, and they did a fine job packing. The actual move to a storage facility was smooth too. I even had a piano and a heavy marble top in the mix, which was no problem.
We had a home with lots of over sized windows, and the movers took extra precautions to avoid scratching or breaking them while moving large furniture. They wrapped and moved everything carefully, and nothing was damaged. Very professional team!
Crew arrived early. Didn’t waste a second. Light conversation, but mostly worked in silence. Truck filled up before I realized it. They knew where to step and how to lift. Items were treated gently. Delivery was just as focused.
I’ve worked with moving companies before, but X Van Lines was DIFFERENT. They treated my belongings like their own, and it showed. Not a single item was tossed around or stacked carelessly. These guys are fast,careful,and considerate . I left them alone for 5 minutes,and everything was cleared quickly,on time,and transported safely . Despite the distance between Oakland and Santa Barbara, they managed the logistics smoothly over the two-day period, keeping us informed every step of the way. Leaving a shared house to have my own place was a major deal, but the movers made it simple. They were respectful of the shared spaces and did not bother my housemates. Everything was packed and moved without any problems. They even helped me swiftly settle into my new place. I couldn't have had a better experience!
