We moved to a house with a large yard, so a lot of outdoor furniture and equipment had to be relocated. The movers carefully packed all of our patio furniture, gardening supplies, and even our lawnmower. I was delighted with their organization and ability to fit everything onto the vehicle.
They were so friendly and helpful! Every request I made was handled with care, and they truly made my move stress-free! Would definitely hire them again!
Nothing but amazing things to say about this company. The crew was super efficient, friendly, & extremely careful with all of our belongings. They packed our entire home in Katy and moved us to Tampa with zero issues. I’ve never had such a smooth, transparent & professional Moving experience. Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
They worked quickly, were super professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I honestly wouldn’t have been able to do this move without them — it felt like such a relief having a team I could trust.
We had the best experience with X Van Lines LLC when moving out of our townhome. There was great communication throughout the booking process, and they showed up a early for our scheduled time. They were incredibly time efficient and had all our furniture wrapped and everything moved out in under a couple hours. 100% would recommend and would use again.

They kept rescheduling the pick up date and time and were late picking up by 2 days. When they finally showed up they were so late they wanted to charge me more because they needed to bring in extra help to load the van as they only had a driver and 1 helper and could not finish on time. Fired them on the spot.
I used X Van Lines LLC to go from one second story apartment to another. I had never hired movers before and Chris, Ralph, and Robert were great. They made the process SO easy, helped me with things I didn’t even expect them to, and handled all of my things with care. They were professional, kind, and got the whole move done in great time! Not to mention, right before they showed up, they were literal heroes who saved a child who was kidnapped. Amazing men. 100/10 I would recommend using this company for your move.
The team was on time, super professional, and handled everything with so much care. Watching them pack, load, and then unload everything so efficiently just took a huge weight off my shoulders. This move was a really special one for me, so I was extra particular about everything and they truly delivered. Everything arrived safely, nothing felt rushed, and they made the whole day feel so organized!
