The entire team introduced themselves individually and shook my hand, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident we were in great hands. Juan was especially wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

I would recommend them to anyone in the area! Luis, Ivan, and Tom did such a good job packing up our apartment. They made sure everything was wrapped securely and packed tightly so nothing would break. They even took some of our larger things we didn’t need anymore to Goodwill for us. Moving is expensive regardless but their rates are very fair. I highly recommend working with them!

Poor Customer Service and Communication

• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.

AMAZING work from start to finish!

The movers showed up with CONFIDENCE and a plan! They coordinated like a team that had worked together for years. My boxes were handled carefully, stacked neatly, and delivered safely. X Van Lines really took the stress off my shoulders. By the time it was over, I realized how smooth everything had gone. AMAZING work from start to finish!

You guys are the best!! :)

They were careful and took their time, and yet, they also didn’t waste any time! Additionally, they were really friendly and upbeat! We will definitely be using X Van Lines LLC for every move in the future!! Adam, the owner, was also so kind and easy to work with in coordinating everything prior to the move! We are so thankful for the two men who moved us today, Jake and Levi! My husband and I both have had a stressful move, this was the final step of our process so we appreciate these awesome respectful and kind guys. Could not be happier with out move!

Could not be happier with out move! The guys were awesome and so efficient. They were pretty much done loading the truck at only an hour in. We had a heavy upright that they took like a champ. Couldn't have asked for a better experience using these friendly movers. Hoping to not move again any time soon, but if I do I know who I'm calling.

DEFINITELY recommend!!
