I was nervous about my big-screen TV, but the guys wrapped it like it was gold 📺. It rode in the truck safe and sound, and they even set it up in my new living room. That attention to detail is rare. Honestly, I’m still impressed. Solid five-star service right there!
They provided excellent communication coordinating their arrival, quickly assessed the complicated downtown on-street parking logistics and determined the best spot for ease of loading that minimized town disruption. I was astounded by how efficiently and carefully they protected and loaded the furniture, taking care to protect the floor and doorways. They wrapped everything to ensure there was no damage during transport. Noah and Robert were just as energetic to unload the furniture on the other end of the trip, asking about where we wanted each piece. They had a team of 5 movers working on my 2-bedroom apartment, and the entire process felt incredibly organized from start to finish. They disassembled all of my furniture, carefully packed my fragile items, and moved everything seamlessly into my new place.
X Van Lines LLC by far, I’ve used them twice now, Eric is amazing with getting you quotes and scheduling. The guys are so helpful, they are quick and always come prepared. Wouldn’t recommend any other company but this one!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
This team really impressed me with their attitude. They didn’t just move boxes—they made sure everything was where I wanted it. They respected my time and my belongings, which means a lot. I felt completely at ease during the move. It’s rare to find service this dependable.
The crew were professional, courteous, and friendly. Customer service was top tier. Movers handled the furniture with care and wrapped each piece individually for safe travel. Very friendly and accommodating. Upon delivery they continued handling furniture with care and exceeded my expectations by putting all the furniture back together in the rooms that we designated.
Moving into a multi-level home, the movers had to carry items up a steep spiral staircase. They navigated the tight turns without any issues and ensured all large items were safely moved to the upper floors. Impressive coordination and care.
