Couldn’t have moved into my new place without them. The cost was fair and the crew worked quickly and professionally. Antonio kept me updated, while Ray and Jermaine worked hard to make the move smooth. Highly recommend if you want experienced and affordable movers.
They were all happy as a lark and very, very helpful. I highly recommend this company. If you have a big stressful move they really have helped alleviate the stress they packed individually. And make sure nothing got broken. Also, the owner knows people who can help you hang your TVs and Handyman. Great bunch of people wonderful people highly recommend!
The first time I used X Van Lines LLC was 10 years ago for a huge move to our new home and they were wonderful. Most recently I had a small but urgent move, I called on a Friday midafternoon and by Saturday at 9:00am I had two guys show up to do my move, they even remembered me from the last time. They are so easy to work with, professional, on time and efficient. They made a stressful situation easy and even gave me a hug at the end. A move from a multi-level house to a single-floor apartment could have been complicated, but the movers managed everything with ease. They disassembled large pieces of furniture and carefully packed everything. The move was done efficiently, and there was no damage. Their help made the process smooth, and it was a stress-free transition.
I am so happy I chose X Van Lines LLC. Chris and Chambers were our movers and they were so helpful from the very moment they got there. They had all of the tools needed to get the job done. They wrapped all of our furniture so that it wouldn’t get damaged. They were very fast and efficient. If I could give 10 stars I would. They do not disappoint! Absolutely the best movers in the area. From start to finish, the team showed real professionalism and confidence. On pack-up day, the crew worked efficiently and clearly knew exactly how to handle every part of the process, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. When I arrived at my new home, every box and piece of glass was in perfect condition—not a single item damaged. Their care, communication, and skill made the entire move far less stressful, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Right when we thought we’d be stuck for hours, X Van Lines arrived—BOOM! They sorted the chaos with ease and kept everything moving. Honestly, we were amazed! Five stars all the way.
Got things done, no bs at all. There was a slight miscommunication with what exactly to move, but it did not affect the service one bit. They showed up professional and prepared, and finished the move quickly and efficiently!
The kids were staying with their grandma while we were trying to calm down a very borky Great Pyrenees diva and a very stressed Mr. Cat. To top it off, on the day of the move the valve broke when I went to disconnect our washer. Then when I went to replace the valve, thd copper pipe broke. 5 trips to Lowes and a call to an emergency plumber later, these guys had finished disassembling and packing up our entire house without water to use the bathroom in the time it took for me to admit defeat. Then when the plumber showed up to the house while we were unpacking the truck into the storage unit, they were very understanding and let me run home to approve the work since their (the plumber's) estimate wouldn't seem to load in the app. By the time I got back, they had Tetris'd my entire home into a 10 x 30 storage unit. They took a very stressful move (and even more stressful day), and made it feel like a success story. I WILL be using X Van Lines LLC when we decide to move our household goods out of storage.
X Van Lines LLC lived up to their reputation. I was really pleased with the care they took in protecting our belongings, especially glass-topped dressers and other fragile items. They put cardboard over these, and then protective wrapping. They also were efficient and friendly. I don't know if there were cheaper options, but they got the job done for about the estimated price. I would use them again.
