Really fast!!!
What an outstanding moving experience! The team arrived right on time and got straight to work. Everything was packed and loaded with great efficiency and precision. My furniture was wrapped carefully, preventing any damage. Even my fragile belongings made it to the new home without a scratch. They managed to finish the job quicker than I had expected. The entire crew was friendly and professional throughout. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!

Good Job
I'm a disabled veteran and my wife has sever fibromyalgia. We have two kids a dog and cat and we needed to move our 4 bedroom house into a storage unit while we continued our house search after selling our house. We were doing our best to pack up and move as much stuff as we could ourselves, but it was clear we needed help. Especially when it came to the furniture.

They made my move so easy.
From booking my move over the phone, to the follow up inventory call and scheduling, to the actual move…everything was professional and stress free. Mike and Noor were excellent movers. They worked quickly, quietly and treated all my belongings with care. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. They made my move so easy.

Alex, Mike and Andy moved all of our stuff from our 1 bedroom apartment in less than 3 hours! Including dropping off everything at our new house 10 minutes away! I highly recommend these guys to get your move done!

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

They were the nicest group of guys.
The service we received was better than I could have ever imagined it would be. We’ve already recommended them to other people. They were the nicest group of guys. They were punctual to both pick up locations. It was amazing to watch them work together as a team. The crew was jolly and truly came across that they were there to help because they wanted to not because they were earning a pay check. Not one thing was lost or broken. When they left it felt like friends were leaving not a crew that was hired. When we move again in about a year we will definitely call X Van Lines LLC and request the same crew.

Just an excellent experience! This is a small operation, but the guys really know how to get the job done. David was a pleasure to work with, very efficient getting the move scheduled Sadly, we were kinda disorganized and underestimated how much stuff we needed to move. But the crew was patient and kind, and helped us get our act together. They stayed late into the evening and did everything we asked. Great attitude, very professional. They worked hard!!! Because we underestimated, David had to adjust the fee. But the increase was reasonable, and he called us twice during the day to make sure we were happy. I'm so glad we chose X Van Lines LLC

Courteous Crew
The movers expertly handled the relocation of a large aquarium, taking care to drain and pack it safely. They transported the tank and accessories with extra caution. At the new location, they reassembled the setup perfectly, and everything was ready for use.

Really friendly and polite crew
You can tell right away this team is well-trained. They arrived on time, confirmed details with me, and then got to work. Everything was done with intention, not just speed. I had some fragile artwork and delicate lamps—handled perfectly. No scuffs, no chips. They were also really friendly and polite, which made the day feel lighter.
