X Van Lines LLC did such a great job with our recent move! When we first scheduled the move and up until when they were confirming right before, the office was very nice and always helpful! Our moving crew was so professional and efficient. They brought all the materials needed to move the items quickly, including a protective mat for the floor in our new apartment. They were able to put each box/item in the room we requested, and finished the move in less than the amount of time that was quoted! Huge thank you to our moving crew . We will definitely call again for future moves!
I can’t believe how EASY my move was! The movers handled my furniture with care and worked quickly! Every step was smooth and stress-free! They even helped me unpack! Their level of professionalism was UNMATCHED! I will never use another moving company!
There was an issue with parking in the loading zone but they were able to solve that issue and I appreciate them for it. Price was fairly reasonable for the amount of work they put in, and I’m happy to pay for it and get everything done. If I need to move apartments again, I would definitely look into this company, specially this crew again.
The crew were professional, courteous, and friendly. Customer service was top tier. Movers handled the furniture with care and wrapped each piece individually for safe travel. Very friendly and accommodating. Upon delivery they continued handling furniture with care and exceeded my expectations by putting all the furniture back together in the rooms that we designated.
I am so glad I chose X Van Lines LLC for my move to a third floor apartment. Ruby was super helpful with quoting and scheduling, especially with uncertainty due to the recent hurricanes. The movers came on-time and were super fast. I usually move everything myself, but they are so worth the cost for the ease of moving (especially moving to an upstairs apartment)!! I would absolutely use X Van Lines LLC again and will recommend them to friends moving in the area. Thanks for your help!!
Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
We had a wonderful experience hiring Michael, Isidro, Emmanuel and Jason to help us move house. They were quick, professional and so nice! Will definitely hire them again in the future! Thank you guys!
When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. If you need to move - get with Jay, he will give you the up front and honest truth…and be there till the end!!!! Thank you Jay for everything!!!
