The movers were friendly and professional. They were experienced and knew what they were doing. They did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and handled all of our belongings with great care. They worked efficiently while still being careful, and throughout the entire move they were friendly, polite, and easy to work with. Moving can be stressful, but they made the process smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend X Van Lines LLC to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. I couldn't believe how easy the entire process was at Car Dome Auto Sales. Moe ensured that all of the documentation was complete and that there were no surprises when it came time to sign. Everything was transparent, from the cost to the loan terms. Moe's quickness saved me a lot of time and made the entire experience delightful. I was in and out of my new automobile in no time.
It’s rare to find a moving company that actually CARES about your belongings! These movers treated my furniture like their own, ensuring everything was protected and arrived safely! They even took time to check with me before placing each piece in my new home! Unbelievable attention to detail!
Crew arrived early. Didn’t waste a second. Light conversation, but mostly worked in silence. Truck filled up before I realized it. They knew where to step and how to lift. Items were treated gently. Delivery was just as focused.
Charged my parents most 12,000 to do a full pack and move from Florida to Tennessee. My mom told them all the stuff they had and he said they were sending a 26fr truck. My mom said they will not be enough i have moved several times. The guy argued with her saying he was the professional and she was not. She tried several times before the day to talk to them and the sales guy to confirm everything and the sales guy supposedly don’t work there any more. Then day of move they don’t arrive until after 12 with 2 men to full pack and move a 4 bedroom house. 26ft truck and they pack horribly broke the washer by shearing off the hose. Broke off the thermostat off the wall and several other items. They did not get everything on the truck or packed at the house. They demand cash or Zelle of 3800 upon arrival in TN they refused to drive up the driveway unless cash in hand. I had to get the cash for them because they don’t bank here yet nor do they do Zelle. Brought 2 more guys to unload and paid them $60 each to do it they hired them off the street in Huntsville al. Now that they have their money customer service is not talking to them anymore. It’s time for a lawyer. I have now read so many complaints here, google, Reddit of the same song and dance. Every single detail! My parents had to rent another 26 ft truck head back down to Florida and pack the rest, load it and drive it back here paying more money now. Contract they give you is a joke!
Today Chris, Richard, Luis , Ivan and Martin helped Any Hour Services move out of our 5000 square-foot building into our new 20,000 square-foot building. These guys were awesome professionals and hard workers. They were nonstop. All of them were very respectful. Martin made the experience a positive and fun one. Highly recommend these guys.

X Van Lines LLC were fantastic from beginning to end. Max was very helpful setting up the move. On move-in day, Ryan and his crew were incredible. Everything went smoothly. They were efficient, kind and very careful with all the pieces being moved.
