I was THRILLED with how the move turned out. The movers treated everything like it was fragile, even my gym weights! They never stopped moving and had great communication. Honestly, the whole day felt like MAGIC.
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
incredible trio at X Van Lines LLC. We had tricky walkways and entrances and they made it seem like a breeze. They even finished earlier than estimated! Extremely professional and efficient. They took extreme care of some large valuable and fragile furniture with one scratch or nick! I’m truly so impressed with the team! Thank you so so much for making this move so seamless! The service we received was better than I could have ever imagined it would be. We’ve already recommended them to other people. They were the nicest group of guys. They were punctual to both pick up locations. It was amazing to watch them work together as a team. The crew was jolly and truly came across that they were there to help because they wanted to not because they were earning a pay check. Not one thing was lost or broken. When they left it felt like friends were leaving not a crew that was hired. When we move again in about a year we will definitely call X Van Lines LLC and request the same crew.
We moved from a place where there was road construction nearby that made it difficult to access. In order to get our belongings out securely, the movers worked with the construction team to set up a temporary access route. When we thought the transfer would be difficult, their willingness to adjust to the circumstances and find solutions made it possible.
Very pleased with the service! The movers were friendly, fast, and efficient. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and the moving company quote was accurate.
The movers were awesome! In spite of the very cold whether they were still very efficient, communicative, and courteous. Customer Service was excellent as well. I was having a bit of stress getting my new home ready and preparing to move. My brother recommended Great Movers as they did an excellent job with his move a while back. He told me that the least stressful part will be the actual moving with the movers and he was so right. I highly recommend using this company.
