Phenomenal Service! I moved from Dallas to Denton. Ethan and Raymond were AMAZING! They were quick, efficient, and most importantly courteous of all of my belongings. All of my furniture and items were delivered in the same condition that they were picked up in. Ethan and Ray made sure to carefully wrap all of my furniture and breakable items to ensure all items were well taken care of during the move. First impressions are everything and they exceeded my expectations.
They kept rescheduling the pick up date and time and were late picking up by 2 days. When they finally showed up they were so late they wanted to charge me more because they needed to bring in extra help to load the van as they only had a driver and 1 helper and could not finish on time. Fired them on the spot.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
They took amazing care of my household goods doing a local move. He showed up exactly when he said he would and finished faster than expected because they work so smoothly. His crew was also fantastic and very easy to work with. Gage also has a personal story that’s super inspiring and it is evident that he takes great pride in his work. Absolutely recommend X Van Lines LLC for ANY move needs, whether local or longer distance!!!
Wonderful. We we downsizing and had staged our home by putting about a half a truck in storage and for the move this crew fully packed up our house on one day then the next moved the load from storage to our new home then drove two trucks to or new home, packed the trucks, delivered and place the furniture and unloaded the wardrobe boxes. Things were expertly packed and placed in our new home. A special thanks to Jacob who helped arrange the process before we put our old home on the market. Highly recommend X Van Lines LLC
We have never used a moving company but from the first call to our completed move X Van Lines LLC was simply first class. Brandon, Cody and Brett took special care of everything they touched. They took the extra time to place every box and piece of furniture exactly where we wanted it. Always on time and great communication every step of the way. You will be glad you used them!!!
