Crew arrived early. Didn’t waste a second. Light conversation, but mostly worked in silence. Truck filled up before I realized it. They knew where to step and how to lift. Items were treated gently. Delivery was just as focused.
They were professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. They arrived on time, worked quickly without rushing, and made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. They were also friendly, respectful, and happy to answer any questions along the way. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how carefully they treated my furniture and belongings. I would definitely recommend X Van Lines LLC, especially Netzer and Timothy, to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.
They showed up on time didn’t stop until the job was 100% complete. The guys were top of the line employees I was able to trust them 100%. They disassembled everything and reassembled everything back exactly how where before. They put everything in place and made sure nothing was done wrong. Brandon is definitely an amazing crew leader and he parked the big truck between my boat and tree like a pro!! Kadin and Christian hustled and were on top of everything Brandon needed. I’m VERYYYY OCD and A controlling freak and the crew made me so comfortable and that’s usually impossible to do. The guys are definitely top of the line employees and deserve top pay!!
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
X Van Lines LLC were friendly, timely, communicative, and did an excellent job moving some heavy and unwieldy pieces of furniture through the narrow corridors of my home. Nothing damaged and I was very happy with the care shown to my home and items.
My experience with X Van Lines LLC was excellent! Bryan and Danny showed up exactly when they said they would, took excellent care of some very heavy and awkward pieces as well as some antiques, wrapping and securing them well in transit. I was very impressed with their ability to get so much done in so short a time and they even helped disassemble a couple extra things that we had not discussed. I would HIGHLY recommend them!! Very professional!
