X Van Lines LLC did an incredible job with my recent move. The team was very professional, arrived on time, and worked efficiently while taking great care of all my belongings. They handled my boxes and furniture with skill and attention - everything arrived in perfect condition.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
We had a very pleasant experience with Mark and his interaction with us and although we're no longer moving, wish we hired them if we decided to move. All in all, if anyone wishes to work with highly rated X Van Lines LLC who are punctual, follow up with great detail and have the best prices (flat rate if moving long distance), I would highly recommend X Van Lines LLC
The team from Professional Movers was beyond EXCEPTIONAL! They arrived on time and handled everything with the utmost care! They packed every single item securely and labeled the boxes properly! After years in a large family home, moving to a smaller flat was a bit daunting, but the movers made it much easier. They were efficient, handled everything carefully, and worked quickly. The team was great at packing delicate items and made sure the move was stress-free. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.
Crew arrived early. Didn’t waste a second. Light conversation, but mostly worked in silence. Truck filled up before I realized it. They knew where to step and how to lift. Items were treated gently. Delivery was just as focused.
Used last week for my son’s move. Cody was great to work with while setting up the move and answering our questions. Anthony and Chris did a fantastic job getting the items loaded, transported and unloaded for us. The crew was ON POINT the entire day! They came prepared with dollies, blankets, and straps, which made the process look effortless. My heaviest dresser got carried down three flights of stairs like it was nothing. Movers stayed upbeat and professional, even when dealing with my tricky staircase. Everything was placed neatly at the new spot, ready for me to unpack without stress. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.
I underestimated how much I had, but the crew didn’t blink. They quickly assessed the load and adjusted the plan. Everything fit in one truck, surprisingly. They were calm and collected the whole time. That made me feel calm, too. I’ve never seen a team work so well together. Truly a great moving day!
