I am beyond please with the three movers that made my moving day the best possible experience. They were kind, patient, thorough, and organized. I will definitely use them again in the future.
The crew showed up ahead of schedule, which was such a great start. They handled all of my furniture with so much care, while also working quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t believe the whole move was wrapped up in under three hours, it was by far the fastest and smoothest move I’ve ever had. Beyond that, the team was kind, patient, and genuinely pleasant to chat with. I’d recommend X Van Lines LLC to anyone looking for a stress-free moving experience!
There aren't any hidden expenses or holding our items as leverage to get more, and he was a man of his word. When they unloaded the truck, they asked where we wanted the furniture pieces, and they assembled our bed and mattress, which was awesome after a long day. We trusted the price and the crew, and I'm so grateful for their help in relocating our home! Thank you X Van Lines LLC!!

Mike and his crew were awesome!! They hustled hard for over 6 hrs with smiles on their faces and great attitudes. They handled everything with great care and took their time to wrap and pad things but also didn’t waste time. Highly recommend!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
I appreciated that they brought extra supplies just in case. Tape, boxes, pads—you name it. I underestimated how much I needed, but they came ready. They didn’t charge for every tiny thing either. It felt generous and understanding. They even reused what they could to save waste. Their preparedness really stood out. Moving felt easier because of that.
DO NOT USE THIS MOVER. They sound great at first, talked to Joe, got a quote thought this was going to be easy since all the other reviews are 5 stars. No. 2 days before my move that I had scheduled a month ahead, still hadn't received any type of confirmation or pick up timing. Kept calling, was told that I would receive a call from dispatch the day before. Still didn't receive any calls the day before so had to keep calling and calling and finally was put through with a supervisor, Joseph, that told me somehow my move had slipped through the cracks entirely. Come moving day, movers showed up late and did the poorest packing job ever (paid $400+ just for packing). Also tried to charge me fees that were not part of the contract and double what was listed in the original contract provided when I booked my move. Refused to give me a receipt of what I paid, told me I would receive that via email from the company. When my stuff was loaded, had to pay 1/2 of balance, few day liters I get a balance that doesn't reflect the half already paid. Called them and told them bank had a receipt of my check being cashed, was told I would get an updated balance, which never came. Called back few days later and was supposed to be transferred to supervisor however was hung up on and then phone number was unreachable. When delivery day came, the carrier tried to add more fees on top, (close to $800) most of which were written no where in the contract and the fee amounts that were, they were trying to once again get my to pay double from what was listed in my original contract. Most of my items are damaged, completely broken, soiled, or missing. A lot didn't have stickers on them so movers weren't sure what belonged to me and other items are unaccounted for. The inventory list they provided wasn't even complete. I don't know who wrote all these 5 star reviews but do yourself a favor and pick anyone else. Don't fall for this scam of a moving company,
The movers were well-prepared and knew exactly how to handle each item, no matter the size or fragility. They worked efficiently, with one team member expertly disassembling my heavy furniture for easy transport. They kept everything organized and protected, from delicate items to large pieces. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything was packed and loaded. At the new place, they reassembled everything perfectly. A very professional and thorough team!
Chris and Joe have the been the best team of movers I have ever worked with. They handled everything with extreme care, making sure they secured the fragile stuff. I am very very impressed. They completed their job in a timely manner and for a unbeatable price.
