I expected good service, but this was next-level. Every mover had a role and executed it seamlessly. They moved with rhythm, like they’ve been doing this together for years. You can tell when people care—and they clearly do.
Would love to work with them again. We did have some issues with the company however with a smaller truck being provided then was needed as well as the truck breaking down, which we’ve heard is not abnormal for this company. The sales team we believe should work better with the movers and the realities that are occurring during move days. Can’t recommend Seth and Paul, our movers, enough though!
My elderly neighbor watched from her porch and said, “You found good people.” She was right. They waved, smiled, and even offered to help her move her bin. It’s small, but it said everything about their character. Good people indeed.
What impressed me most was their work ethic. Moving an entire home is no small job, and they stayed focused and efficient the whole time. Everything arrived safely, and they made what could have been an exhausting day go incredibly smoothly.
They kept rescheduling the pick up date and time and were late picking up by 2 days. When they finally showed up they were so late they wanted to charge me more because they needed to bring in extra help to load the van as they only had a driver and 1 helper and could not finish on time. Fired them on the spot.
I was nervous about my big-screen TV, but the guys wrapped it like it was gold 📺. It rode in the truck safe and sound, and they even set it up in my new living room. That attention to detail is rare. Honestly, I’m still impressed. Solid five-star service right there!
I am so happy I chose X Van Lines LLC. Chris and Chambers were our movers and they were so helpful from the very moment they got there. They had all of the tools needed to get the job done. They wrapped all of our furniture so that it wouldn’t get damaged. They were very fast and efficient. If I could give 10 stars I would. They do not disappoint! Thank you so much for making this move very smooth. 100/10 would recommend!
Every piece of furniture, from my couch and bed to delicate glass items, was wrapped and handled with real care. They were incredibly efficient but never rushed, you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. What really impressed me was how friendly and calm they stayed the entire time, even when dealing with stairs and heavy boxes. They also helped with packing and labeling everything neatly, which made unpacking so much easier later. Nothing was damaged or lost, everything arrived perfectly at the new place.
The guys from X Van Lines LLC did an outstanding job. They loaded everything into 2 trucks from storage units and drove the 30 miles to the new house where the unloaded everything. They put furniture and boxes in their designated rooms and offered to set up beds, etc. This was my first experience using a moving company and i couldn’t be happier with the job they did. Outstanding!
After years in a large family home, moving to a smaller flat was a bit daunting, but the movers made it much easier. They were efficient, handled everything carefully, and worked quickly. The team was great at packing delicate items and made sure the move was stress-free. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.
