I expected delays, maybe even a missing box. None of that happened. They moved steadily, loaded neatly, and even checked my checklist before leaving. It gave me closure. That sense of completeness is rare with moving companies. But not this time.

They worked efficiently while still being careful, and throughout the entire move they were friendly, polite, and easy to work with. We've used X Van Lines LLC before. We have always been very impressed by just how good they are. We hadn't had Spencer or Brendan on any of our previous moves but they did not disappoint. They arrived on time and were incredibly hard working for the entire 8 hours of the move. They were very careful and obviously know how to pack a truck (not at all common among movers, surprisingly). Spencer showed amazing energy and enthusiasm during the entire move. Would definitely use them again!
Discovered these guys through their very savvy social media marketing and great tongue in cheek branding. Happy to report their service matched their marketing. Efficient, pleasant and made an expected stressful day of moving a little less so. Tony their lead was accommodating and took care to get the team to work as efficiently as possible.
Keith and Jimmy came to our residence and packed up our furniture and other belongings and carefully stored them. Two days later when it was time to put them back and unpack, they did so with great care. Most importantly because they proactively took pictures, they were able to put every single item (small and large) back in its original place. Very professional duo. Will definitely use them again for any type of residential move.
