I called so many different moving companies, thunder moving was the best price and their team was amazing! We had Brandon and Leo, they were quick and hard workers! They loaded the truck with great work! They asked questions to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and did everything with a smile on their faces even in the brutal heat! We moved to shorten our commute, and the movers made everything easy. They packed all our belongings securely and unloaded them efficiently. Their professionalism saved us time and effort.
They’re also extremely responsive with respect to providing COI’s and updating inventory even up until the night before. My move was done in 1 day, and the quote I received from intense movers was SUBSTANTIALLY less than other movers. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and this is definitely the way to go for any NYC move!
Yeah, the way they handled awkward furniture showed real experience. No scuffs, no rush — just clean, controlled effort. Their methods? WOW, straight-up professional. Padding was thick and wrapped tight on every corner. Even the small things were protected. Felt like high-end service all around.
Didn’t expect such precision with fragile items—they packed every vase like it was art. NOTHING broke! I felt confident just watching them work. Their hands moved like pros.
I sure wish I could give more than 5 stars. Mr. Barnes stepped up and offered his and his company services to a veteran in need. They were courteous, professional and willing to help in any way they could. Thank you to X Van Lines LLC. You are the best of the best. It was not an easy, clean job, but the crew do everything they could to protect the veterans' items and take care of business.
