Arrived on time with advanced notice of arrival, movers were all professional, worked very quickly, packed/wrapped all tvs and dressers exceptionally. By far the best moving experience I’ve ever had and I’ve moved plenty in my military days. They are insured and handled everything with upmost care. I highly recommend will definitely use again in the future.

FANTASTIC work all around!
Clean, respectful, and totally reliable! Every step of the move was planned and executed beautifully. They took extra time to protect floors and walls. The crew was detail-oriented and sharp. I couldn’t have asked for more. FANTASTIC work all around!

Highly recommend them to anyone getting ready for a move!
They made the whole move feel so easy and way less stressful than I expected. They showed up with such a positive attitude and just got to work. I had a lot of stuff in the house, but they never judged or seemed even slightly annoyed, they just handled everything like pros. Moving is usually a super stressful task, but these guys actually made it feel kind of fun. Big shoutout to Chao and his team … they were friendly, efficient, and just awesome to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone getting ready for a move!

Stolen ad broken itens.
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere

I had an excellent experience
I had an excellent experience with Mario and his crew. They took their time and moved carefully and wrapped all of my items nicely for the move. They took apart my bed frame and reassembled it and my couch in the new apartment. I was impressed with their care and kindness.

No hesitation to use again!
They moved everything from furniture, desks, to delicate electronics, tools and other equipment for us. Top notch care with our items, efficient communication and well organized. No hesitation to use again!

Highly Efficient
After years in a large family home, moving to a smaller flat was a bit daunting, but the movers made it much easier. They were efficient, handled everything carefully, and worked quickly. The team was great at packing delicate items and made sure the move was stress-free. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Terrible movers
My experience was a nightmare. I was on a schedule, I had to be at my new location on Thursday. Pickup was suppose to be Monday morning, then it moved to Tuesday, then Thursday morning, they show up Thursday at 4pm with 2 guys, when I clearly stated they would need at least 4 guys to pick up and 5 or more to unload. It was after midnight when the movers said they were tired and we're going to stop. They didn't finish loading all my stuff. I was charged for 1,500 cubic feet and they only took 1,120 cubic feet of stuff, I measured. I had to rent a uhaul myself to take the rest of my stuff. The movers picked up 301 items and delivered 288 items, they still have, or gave to someone else 13 of my boxes. All of MY items were marked with blue, numbered stickers at pickup, at delivery many of my items now also have a red sticker on them for another person's delivery. How did my items get another persons sticker on them? The company is blaming me, saying my items had these stickers already on them, from a previous mover, I have never used a mover before. I used boxes that were in my attic for over 20 years, boxes I got from work 3 weeks before moving and boxes I got from Amazon 2 days before moving, how did these boxes from different locations, months and decades apart all have the same exact red sticker on them? Also I had a box from the next persons delivery in the same moving truck be given to me by mistake, this box also had the same exact red sticker on it, so someone elses box, had the same sticker I apparently had on my boxes from another state, that I used from a previous move? Impossible. I was originally told my items would be on a 26' truck with no one else's stuff. When asking for updates of where my items were, while waiting for delivery, I was told they were being loaded onto a semi truck. The delivery driver told me he picked my items up from a warehouse and loaded into his 26' truck that morning, and sharing the space with another person's delivery. All things I was told would not happen. The difgerent delivery driver had 2 people from craigslist, meet him for unloading the truck. I asked these very questions when booking. Will my items be on a truck with other people items? No, you will have your own truck. Items will be loaded and driven directly from pickup place to delivery place, no stops. Yet, my items took almost 2 weeks to get to my new location, was unloaded and loaded multiple times and loaded with other peoples stuff. Will the same people that load my items, unload my items? No, the driver will be the same and we have a large number of people that work for our company in every state to unload. Yet, they used craigslist people, not people that work for them. People that don't care about your property. All they did was lie to me. These people are crooks and liars. I have 13 missing boxes, many of my boxes were opened and gone through, I am missing thousands of dollars of stuff. I have thousands of dollars worth of damage to my belongings, and thousands in damage to my new residence. Over $40,000 in damages and missing items. I have picture proof of everything and yet these crooks deny it all, blame it all on me. Many of my boxes were clearly marked "top load only" "top, do not tip" "fragile glass" and these boxes were on the bottom of stacks, on their sides, dropped and had boxes dropped on them, we watched them do it, when we complained to be careful, they were rude to us, telling us they needed to hurry, it was getting late. We'll, when you show up after 3pm with 2 guys to unload when I clearly stated multiple times you would need 5 or more, of course it is getting late. I don't care how long it takes you, I paid for a professional job and yet I got unprofessional and damages to everything. Everything about this company was unprofessional. The non communication for days of me messaging where my items were with no reply, to the upping the price multiple times, to the extreme amount of damage, to them not taking all of my stuff and I had to rent a uhaul myself to get the remaining stuff.

They were awesome.
They were awesome. Organized well, and worked well, communication was also good. We were very happy that we use them this time. Our clients will be happy to receive great quorate of service as well. I can recommend them all the way! They also do the out of states as well so great to know!

I cannot recommend them highly enough!
They packed up with incredible care--even finding and returning a pair of earrings I had misplaced--and were both thorough and so speedy! I was particularly impressed by the level of communication and customer service throughout the process. I had multiple points of contact checking in with me and sharing schedule updates (even though they were always exactly on time). I cannot recommend them highly enough!
