I was THRILLED with how the move turned out. The movers treated everything like it was fragile, even my gym weights! They never stopped moving and had great communication. Honestly, the whole day felt like MAGIC.
X Van Lines LLC by far, I’ve used them twice now, Eric is amazing with getting you quotes and scheduling. The guys are so helpful, they are quick and always come prepared. Wouldn’t recommend any other company but this one!
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
Punctual and prepared, the movers packed each item securely. No scratches or issues, just professional service. Great experience!
The owner was very accommodating. His team was hard working and friendly. They packed every inch like the game Tetris which gave us extra room in the storage than expected. We will 100% use this moving company from now on.
I have never had a better moving experience than with X Van Lines LLC. Their whole team (office to ground) is so organized, attentive, and anticipates needs before you even realize. They offer a bunch of white glove services, inclusive of packing, disposing/donating unwanted items, carpentry, etc. Could not recommend them enough!
From the initial phone call to the final unload at my new home, the team was professional, friendly, and exceptionally efficient. The moving crew arrived on time on moving day, ready to get to work. They clearly communicated their plan for the day, and took less time than I expected to pack, load, and unload everything. No items were damaged or lost, which is a huge relief! Overall, I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC for anyone planning a move. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience than with X Van Lines LLC. Our movers, Allen, Jessie and Nadrie were very professional in all aspects of the move. Great experience. Was moving from Atlanta to Houston, and had a tight schedule where I needed my things picked up at a date/time, and dropped off in a certain amount of time. I looked into a couple of national companies, but they always had a variable schedule for pickup and drop off. This company packed up all my stuff the day before, picked it up the next morning, and had it in Houston the next day. Steve and Allen worked their butts off, as you can see from the sweat in the picture, and did a fantastic job. Really happy with my experience.
Booking was easy and transparent. The team called ahead to confirm arrival. I loved how neatly they arranged everything in the truck. My antique furniture arrived flawless. I could tell they had experience handling delicate items. The entire move was well-planned. Will definitely use them again.
