X Van Lines LLC was amazing! I reached out just a week before my move to get a quote, and even with short notice, they were so flexible and worked me into their schedule. My move ended up taking longer than expected, but the team worked so hard, wrapped everything perfectly, and made sure every piece was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home. They were kind, professional, and never made me feel rushed or like the job was too much. I didn’t feel overcharged or taken advantage of — just genuinely cared for. WONDERFUL experience, TWICE I have used them for my moves and they did a perfect job. All the way from Long Beach to La Jolla, friendly and efficient, courteous and very careful with my belongings. I was amazed by how they were able to get my furniture up & down countless stairways and narrow passages - WOW! Thumbs up from me, these guys are the best and I would highly recommend them! I wish I could give them more stars, it was a great experience both times!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
These guys are fast,careful,and considerate . I left them alone for 5 minutes,and everything was cleared quickly,on time,and transported safely . The whole felcon crew,RJ handled all my questions and concerns . I’ve never had a moving team before,but I would choose this one everytime . I will be recommending RJ,and his crew to everytime .
I was THRILLED with how the move turned out. The movers treated everything like it was fragile, even my gym weights! They never stopped moving and had great communication. Honestly, the whole day felt like MAGIC.
They immediately impressed me by the questions they asked, their thoroughness, and awareness. I work in sales, and I always like to see how different companies go about their business. What I liked about Best CA movers is that they that truly earned my business, and gave me a fair market price. Fast forward to my move yesterday, and wow, Bob and Ali blew me away! They were on time, communicated well, and moved quickly. I didn’t have a ton to move, but the process went so smooth. I highly recommend X Van Lines LLC, and would use them again!
