The experience was incredible from start to finish. The movers arrived on time and with a positive attitude, which immediately set the tone. They packed my belongings with such care, especially my fragile items. Even my heaviest furniture was handled with ease. Movers were fast, efficient, and surprisingly strong! What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
First, the guys arrived early & were so professional. They were quick and made sure all of my furniture was wrapped and properly packed. They called ahead of time, made sure everything was set in the correct room and offered help with anything needed before Leaving. I highly recommend using this service, you won’t be disappointed. They easily scheduled me for a next day move due to unforeseen circumstances . Thanks ! You guys rock !

They were all happy as a lark and very, very helpful. I highly recommend this company. If you have a big stressful move they really have helped alleviate the stress they packed individually. And make sure nothing got broken. Also, the owner knows people who can help you hang your TVs and Handyman. Great bunch of people wonderful people highly recommend!
