X Van Lines LLC did an outstanding job with our move. The team was professional, punctual, and handled everything with care. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they made the entire process stress-free. Highly recommend!
There was an issue with parking in the loading zone but they were able to solve that issue and I appreciate them for it. Price was fairly reasonable for the amount of work they put in, and I’m happy to pay for it and get everything done. If I need to move apartments again, I would definitely look into this company, specially this crew again.
The quote was very reasonable. Andrew the GM communicated before the move to ensure we were all on the same page and made me feel at ease. Jamon and Darian were absolutely outstanding and took great care but worked very hard to get things packed and moved! They were personable, professional, and very helpful! Took off their gloves before handling light-colored fabric. AMAZING! No dirty marks or smudges. They knew exactly what to watch for.
They were very flexible with everything in general and had great customer service. They wrapped up the furniture very well and paid attention on how to put it back together correctly. I called X Van Lines after my original movers bailed, and they picked up like it was no big deal. They squeezed me in for the next day and showed up early with all the gear. These guys worked fast but were super careful with every item. They wrapped furniture I forgot to prep and packed the truck like puzzle masters. I expected stress, but they kept it cool and upbeat. Felt like they had my back the whole time. Seriously grateful for the rescue.
Moving our home workshop with all its heavy tools and machines was done efficiently. The movers used the right equipment and packed everything safely. All tools arrived in perfect condition, and nothing was misplaced or damaged.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
Right when we thought we’d be stuck for hours, X Van Lines arrived—BOOM! They sorted the chaos with ease and kept everything moving. Honestly, we were amazed! Five stars all the way.
Couldn’t have moved into my new place without them. The cost was fair and the crew worked quickly and professionally. Antonio kept me updated, while Ray and Jermaine worked hard to make the move smooth. Highly recommend if you want experienced and affordable movers.
