The associate was very friendly and understood my situation. The movers arrived at my place on our agreed upon schedule and we were able to move everything into my new place right on time. They treated me as if I was their family getting ready to make this big move - they repeatedly calmed my fears about this whole process. Richie was a Tetris master fitting all of my worldly possessions into the POD. Richard and Guillermo took great pride in protecting all of my things before they were loaded up. They were all a delight to work with - we had fun! The quote was not only reasonable but was exactly the same that I paid at the end of the service. No surprises at the end. I would recommend X Van Lines LLC over and over again!
They handled everything with care. Made sure to properly understand the space, and help manage bulky items, and store and move them in a professional manner. They had a great attitude, were very efficient, time conscious, and professional demeanor. I was happy with the price offered, and was put at ease with no additional surprise costs at the end. Just recently moved into a beautiful home in Jersey City and X Van Lines LLC has been a pleasure to work with. The representative were very informative and patient while we did the inventory. The movers, Ali, Andrew, and Mark were very kind, helpful, and funny. The move was such a breeze. 10/10 experience.
Charged my parents most 12,000 to do a full pack and move from Florida to Tennessee. My mom told them all the stuff they had and he said they were sending a 26fr truck. My mom said they will not be enough i have moved several times. The guy argued with her saying he was the professional and she was not. She tried several times before the day to talk to them and the sales guy to confirm everything and the sales guy supposedly don’t work there any more. Then day of move they don’t arrive until after 12 with 2 men to full pack and move a 4 bedroom house. 26ft truck and they pack horribly broke the washer by shearing off the hose. Broke off the thermostat off the wall and several other items. They did not get everything on the truck or packed at the house. They demand cash or Zelle of 3800 upon arrival in TN they refused to drive up the driveway unless cash in hand. I had to get the cash for them because they don’t bank here yet nor do they do Zelle. Brought 2 more guys to unload and paid them $60 each to do it they hired them off the street in Huntsville al. Now that they have their money customer service is not talking to them anymore. It’s time for a lawyer. I have now read so many complaints here, google, Reddit of the same song and dance. Every single detail! My parents had to rent another 26 ft truck head back down to Florida and pack the rest, load it and drive it back here paying more money now. Contract they give you is a joke!
All the necessary traits to make a stressful move an actual enjoyable experience. These guys have completed three moves for my family over the past 1-2 years and each time they still blow me away with their amazing "We Got You, Don't Worry" attitude and smiles!!! After searching for my first ever interstate moving company on the Internet I came across X Van Lines LLC. Where they weren’t the least expensive they do have have a national reputation placing them among the top five movers in the USA. My wife was concern that we weren’t home at for the pickup. We entrusted that aspect of the move to her and she is as critical as can be. My daughter shared with us that the men were very professional and took great care with all of our belongings. She stated that she would definitely recommend X Van Lines LLC to her friends and work colleagues. On the receiving end the delivery went flawlessly, they arrived on time and placed everything where directed. We would definitely use X Van Lines LLC at the Long Island, NY location again and will recommend them to friends and family.
Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
