They arrived on time, surveyed the home, and organized the truck to optimize the space. He helped where he could and was super friendly. While my move was bigger than the truck could fit, they took the heaviest items so I could go back and move the left over items myself. could not have been more happy with the servi

We used X Van Lines LLC for our recent move and could not have been more happy with the service. We moved without movers in the past, and our experience moving with movers was absolutely worth the investment. They were easy to schedule and communicate with. The team showed up on time and got right to work. They were faster and more efficient than we expected. They took care with all of our items, and everything arrived at our new house in perfect condition. I would happily recommend X Van Lines LLC to a friend and will be using them in the future if we ever move again!

DO NOT USE THIS MOVER

DO NOT USE THIS MOVER. They sound great at first, talked to Joe, got a quote thought this was going to be easy since all the other reviews are 5 stars. No. 2 days before my move that I had scheduled a month ahead, still hadn't received any type of confirmation or pick up timing. Kept calling, was told that I would receive a call from dispatch the day before. Still didn't receive any calls the day before so had to keep calling and calling and finally was put through with a supervisor, Joseph, that told me somehow my move had slipped through the cracks entirely. Come moving day, movers showed up late and did the poorest packing job ever (paid $400+ just for packing). Also tried to charge me fees that were not part of the contract and double what was listed in the original contract provided when I booked my move. Refused to give me a receipt of what I paid, told me I would receive that via email from the company. When my stuff was loaded, had to pay 1/2 of balance, few day liters I get a balance that doesn't reflect the half already paid. Called them and told them bank had a receipt of my check being cashed, was told I would get an updated balance, which never came. Called back few days later and was supposed to be transferred to supervisor however was hung up on and then phone number was unreachable. When delivery day came, the carrier tried to add more fees on top, (close to $800) most of which were written no where in the contract and the fee amounts that were, they were trying to once again get my to pay double from what was listed in my original contract. Most of my items are damaged, completely broken, soiled, or missing. A lot didn't have stickers on them so movers weren't sure what belonged to me and other items are unaccounted for. The inventory list they provided wasn't even complete. I don't know who wrote all these 5 star reviews but do yourself a favor and pick anyone else. Don't fall for this scam of a moving company,

100/10 I would recommend using this company for your move.

I used X Van Lines LLC to go from one second story apartment to another. I had never hired movers before and Chris, Ralph, and Robert were great. They made the process SO easy, helped me with things I didn’t even expect them to, and handled all of my things with care. They were professional, kind, and got the whole move done in great time! Not to mention, right before they showed up, they were literal heroes who saved a child who was kidnapped. Amazing men. 100/10 I would recommend using this company for your move.

You’re in good hands.

We are really overwhelmed about our new house and they made it so much easier. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Everything was nicely packed and they helped us place our stuff propertly. I can add to this crowded 5 star review. Haven’t seen people who worked so hard with care for so long. We had 3 strapping men came to take a lot of furniture from a 2 story home and moved them to 3 other homes all over the Bay Area. They were thorough, mindful of the walls and floor, took beds and cabinets apart at one location and put together at the next. It was a joy to watch. All done with grunts and smiles. Minimal English needed.

Highly recommended!

This crew worked tirelessly

This crew worked tirelessly and with such determination that they completed the entire move under the low end of the estimated cost—something I did not expect given my high standards. Their customer service was second to none, far exceeding even my very high expectations. I’ve used X Van Lines LLC before, and without hesitation, I will use them again. This team only gets a 5-star review for one reason: Google does not allow me to give them 10 stars. If you’re moving, put this company at the very top of your list!
