Got things done, no bs at all. There was a slight miscommunication with what exactly to move, but it did not affect the service one bit. They showed up professional and prepared, and finished the move quickly and efficiently!
The team was incredible the day of the move, meticulous in their work and very personable. I also really appreciate the upfront transparent pricing and the tagging and tracking of all items throughout the process. A+ happy to recommend.
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
I am so glad I chose X Van Lines LLC for my move to a third floor apartment. Ruby was super helpful with quoting and scheduling, especially with uncertainty due to the recent hurricanes. The movers came on-time and were super fast. I usually move everything myself, but they are so worth the cost for the ease of moving (especially moving to an upstairs apartment)!! Dmitrii, Viktor and Andrew did a great job moving all of our furniture and packed boxes! They were very careful with wrapping our furniture and packing everything in the truck efficiently. We used X Van Lines LLC last time and will do so again next time.
With X Van Lines, there was no guesswork. They communicated clearly at every step. Their system worked like clockwork. It was easy to trust their process. I stayed calm the entire time. Truly outstanding work ethic.
Charged my parents most 12,000 to do a full pack and move from Florida to Tennessee. My mom told them all the stuff they had and he said they were sending a 26fr truck. My mom said they will not be enough i have moved several times. The guy argued with her saying he was the professional and she was not. She tried several times before the day to talk to them and the sales guy to confirm everything and the sales guy supposedly don’t work there any more. Then day of move they don’t arrive until after 12 with 2 men to full pack and move a 4 bedroom house. 26ft truck and they pack horribly broke the washer by shearing off the hose. Broke off the thermostat off the wall and several other items. They did not get everything on the truck or packed at the house. They demand cash or Zelle of 3800 upon arrival in TN they refused to drive up the driveway unless cash in hand. I had to get the cash for them because they don’t bank here yet nor do they do Zelle. Brought 2 more guys to unload and paid them $60 each to do it they hired them off the street in Huntsville al. Now that they have their money customer service is not talking to them anymore. It’s time for a lawyer. I have now read so many complaints here, google, Reddit of the same song and dance. Every single detail! My parents had to rent another 26 ft truck head back down to Florida and pack the rest, load it and drive it back here paying more money now. Contract they give you is a joke!
Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.
Right when we thought we’d be stuck for hours, X Van Lines arrived—BOOM! They sorted the chaos with ease and kept everything moving. Honestly, we were amazed! Five stars all the way.
X Van Lines LLC lived up to their reputation. I was really pleased with the care they took in protecting our belongings, especially glass-topped dressers and other fragile items. They put cardboard over these, and then protective wrapping. They also were efficient and friendly. I don't know if there were cheaper options, but they got the job done for about the estimated price. I would use them again.
