They moved us carefully and efficiently, and they maintained great attitudes when we unexpectedly needed a locksmith to access our new home. They also had a great suggestion when our furniture didn’t fit as expected, and they patiently helped us find the perfect layout. We will definitely use them again next time!
During a major home renovation, we had to temporarily relocate everything, and this team managed the complex situation flawlessly. They packed our furniture and belongings with care, then safely stored it all for several months. Once the renovation was complete, they coordinated the return, unpacking everything as smoothly as the first time. The movers took extra precautions to ensure nothing was damaged during storage, which was a big relief. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Their professionalism and organization made a stressful situation so much easier. We were extremely impressed.
Would love to work with them again. We did have some issues with the company however with a smaller truck being provided then was needed as well as the truck breaking down, which we’ve heard is not abnormal for this company. The sales team we believe should work better with the movers and the realities that are occurring during move days. Can’t recommend Seth and Paul, our movers, enough though!

The crew noticed my bookshelf was loose and fixed the hinges on the spot before loading it. I didn’t even know it was broken. That level of observation and initiative made a huge difference. Most movers would’ve just hauled it without a second thought. These guys treated every piece like their own.
Not only were they patient and solution-oriented, but the crew treated everything they moved for us as if it were their own. It was reassuring to have Johnny, Nate, Carmel, Shaun and the crew working through this project with us side by side. Even on the most stressful day - their professionalism was unmatched, and Vince as the owner was incredibly responsive. They were extremely quick, respectful, and careful with my stuff. There were zero issues with any aspect of the move. The whole process was done within just an hour and a half. My girlfriend has moved with X Van Lines LLC five times. We won’t be using anyone else!
