I had several valuables I was nervous about, but the movers walked me through how each would be handled. Their transparency reassured me. Everything arrived without a mark. Their packing skills were impressive. And they took zero shortcuts. My belongings felt safe the entire time.
The moving crew was fantastic from start to finish. They handled all of our belongings with care, and the move was done efficiently. No damage and no hassle—perfect for a stress-free relocation.
They were very attentive to our belongings, very respectful, and it was obvious that they love working together! I truly don’t have a negative thing to say! They were on time, wrapped anything that needed to be protected, and took so many trips up and down stairs to get everything where it needed to be. They helped us reassemble our bed with no hesitation, and even helped us place heavy curb ramps on the driveway.
We have had an EXCELLENT experience with X Van Lines LLC. We are not yet moved in because our stuff will be in storage for a couple of months, so we can’t comment on delivery and unloading yet, but as stressful as preparing for a move is, everyone at White Star has made it as easy as possible, from getting a quote and getting honest,
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.
Fernando and crew did an outstanding job with our move! We had a ton of boxes, crates and furniture, and they handled everything carefully and worked efficiently. They made sure everything was set up how we wanted it. They finished the job quicker than anticipated as well. This was our second time using X Van Lines LLC and would definitely recommend!
Mike and his crew were awesome!! They hustled hard for over 6 hrs with smiles on their faces and great attitudes. They handled everything with great care and took their time to wrap and pad things but also didn’t waste time. Highly recommend!
I expected good service, but this was next-level. Every mover had a role and executed it seamlessly. They moved with rhythm, like they’ve been doing this together for years. You can tell when people care—and they clearly do.
