Got things done, no bs at all. There was a slight miscommunication with what exactly to move, but it did not affect the service one bit. They showed up professional and prepared, and finished the move quickly and efficiently!
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
Moving into a multi-level home, the movers had to carry items up a steep spiral staircase. They navigated the tight turns without any issues and ensured all large items were safely moved to the upper floors. Impressive coordination and care.
The movers helped us move into a rural home with no street access. They used a smaller vehicle to shuttle items to the house, navigating the narrow dirt roads easily. They made a potentially difficult situation stress-free and efficient.

Richie was a Tetris master fitting all of my worldly possessions into the POD. Richard and Guillermo took great pride in protecting all of my things before they were loaded up. They were all a delight to work with - we had fun! The quote was not only reasonable but was exactly the same that I paid at the end of the service. No surprises at the end. Leaving a shared house to have my own place was a major deal, but the movers made it simple. They were respectful of the shared spaces and did not bother my housemates. Everything was packed and moved without any problems. They even helped me swiftly settle into my new place. I couldn't have had a better experience!
I can add to this crowded 5 star review. Haven’t seen people who worked so hard with care for so long. We had 3 strapping men came to take a lot of furniture from a 2 story home and moved them to 3 other homes all over the Bay Area. They were thorough, mindful of the walls and floor, took beds and cabinets apart at one location and put together at the next. It was a joy to watch. All done with grunts and smiles. Minimal English needed.

After searching for my first ever interstate moving company on the Internet I came across X Van Lines LLC. Where they weren’t the least expensive they do have have a national reputation placing them among the top five movers in the USA. My wife was concern that we weren’t home at for the pickup. We entrusted that aspect of the move to her and she is as critical as can be. My daughter shared with us that the men were very professional and took great care with all of our belongings. She stated that she would definitely recommend X Van Lines LLC to her friends and work colleagues. On the receiving end the delivery went flawlessly, they arrived on time and placed everything where directed. We would definitely use X Van Lines LLC at the Long Island, NY location again and will recommend them to friends and family.
