INCREDIBLE work ethic from this group of movers! They didn’t waste a minute but never rushed fragile items. My heavy furniture was wrapped and lifted with ease. Their COMMUNICATION throughout made me feel confident. I couldn’t have asked for better service. FIVE STARS for sure!
Not only were they patient and solution-oriented, but the crew treated everything they moved for us as if it were their own. It was reassuring to have Johnny, Nate, Carmel, Shaun and the crew working through this project with us side by side. Even on the most stressful day - their professionalism was unmatched, and Vince as the owner was incredibly responsive. He made it clear that taking excellent care of both us as his customers, and his crew of employees was his priority. When X Van Lines LLC say "we'll get this done for you" they mean every word!
Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
Some of my furniture had to be taken apart, which I thought would be a hassle. But they brought tools and knew exactly what to do. The disassembly and reassembly were fast and flawless. X Van Lines even helped me rearrange a few things after delivery. They didn’t mind staying a little longer. This was real white-glove service. So worth the price!

They treated me as if I was their family getting ready to make this big move - they repeatedly calmed my fears about this whole process. Richie was a Tetris master fitting all of my worldly possessions into the POD. Richard and Guillermo took great pride in protecting all of my things before they were loaded up. They were all a delight to work with - we had fun! The quote was not only reasonable but was exactly the same that I paid at the end of the service. No surprises at the end.
