When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. My experience with X Van Lines LLC was excellent! Bryan and Danny showed up exactly when they said they would, took excellent care of some very heavy and awkward pieces as well as some antiques, wrapping and securing them well in transit. I was very impressed with their ability to get so much done in so short a time and they even helped disassemble a couple extra things that we had not discussed. I would HIGHLY recommend them!! Very professional!
