Moving into a multi-level home, the movers had to carry items up a steep spiral staircase. They navigated the tight turns without any issues and ensured all large items were safely moved to the upper floors. Impressive coordination and care.
The quote was very reasonable. Andrew the GM communicated before the move to ensure we were all on the same page and made me feel at ease. Jamon and Darian were absolutely outstanding and took great care but worked very hard to get things packed and moved! They were personable, professional, and very helpful! I can add to this crowded 5 star review. Haven’t seen people who worked so hard with care for so long. We had 3 strapping men came to take a lot of furniture from a 2 story home and moved them to 3 other homes all over the Bay Area. They were thorough, mindful of the walls and floor, took beds and cabinets apart at one location and put together at the next. It was a joy to watch. All done with grunts and smiles. Minimal English needed.
Arrived on time with advanced notice of arrival, movers were all professional, worked very quickly, packed/wrapped all tvs and dressers exceptionally. By far the best moving experience I’ve ever had and I’ve moved plenty in my military days. They are insured and handled everything with upmost care. I highly recommend will definitely use again in the future.

What impressed me most was their professionalism and positive attitude throughout the entire move. They arrived on time, worked continuously, communicated clearly, and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and organized. They treated my furniture and boxes with care and were careful throughout the loading, transport, and unloading process.
The crew were professional, courteous, and friendly. Customer service was top tier. Movers handled the furniture with care and wrapped each piece individually for safe travel. Very friendly and accommodating. Upon delivery they continued handling furniture with care and exceeded my expectations by putting all the furniture back together in the rooms that we designated.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed using X Van Lines LLC. It was such an amazing experience from beginning to end. Customer service on the phone was absolutely incredible. And Carol was very thorough with the information needed and provided. I was so impressed with the customer service actually. Then when the move actually happened, the movers were very professional and did their work extremely fast. They were very complete in the way that they wrapped things and package them and carefully transport them into our new home. I would gladly use their services again, and recommend them to friends and family as well. The price was absolutely worth it.
