They were very friendly and efficient! Helped break down the bed & took legs off couches to keep (most) walls safe & untouched! Our apartment was super funky so the fact that they were able to move everything as well as they did was sooo helpful! We are two full time working girls with 4 pets so their help was priceless! 10/10 recommend! Pricing was fantastic compared to other companies we spoke with! Movers themselves were kind & accommodating!
The two guys came on time, spent a couple hours carefully packing numerous pieces of a delicate antique Italian marble communion railing, and left for Orlando within an hour or two. They were very courteous, polite, discrete and attentive. I have used your company for many years, and am so happy I chose you to handle this delicate move for us. Thnx.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.
The first time I used X Van Lines LLC was 10 years ago for a huge move to our new home and they were wonderful. Most recently I had a small but urgent move, I called on a Friday midafternoon and by Saturday at 9:00am I had two guys show up to do my move, they even remembered me from the last time. They are so easy to work with, professional, on time and efficient. They made a stressful situation easy and even gave me a hug at the end. The crew was ON POINT the entire day! They came prepared with dollies, blankets, and straps, which made the process look effortless. My heaviest dresser got carried down three flights of stairs like it was nothing. Movers stayed upbeat and professional, even when dealing with my tricky staircase. Everything was placed neatly at the new spot, ready for me to unpack without stress. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.
